IMRF commits $120m to real estate, including funds managed by Artemis, Arc Capital and Chica-go Pacific Founders

The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) has committed $120 million to real estate funds, including strategies managed by Artemis, Arc Capital and Chicago Pacific Founders.

Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund V, managed by Artemis Real Estate Partners, received $50 million for its closed-end, value-added, opportunistic strategy investing in value-added properties, including apartments, office, industrial, healthcare, self-storage, hotels and retail in the United States. It aims to raise $2.5 billion in equity. The Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds committed $250 million to this fund earlier in 2026. Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund IV, its predecessor, closed with $2.2 billion in total capital, surpassing its initial target of $1.5 billion.
