IC Immobilien awarded PM mandate by German pension fund

Immobilien Gruppe has received a mandate from a German pension fund with the commercial, technical and accounting property management for 16 properties throughout Germany with a total leasable area of approximately 97,000 square meters (1 million square feet).

The properties are distributed across the Bavaria, Berlin, the Rhine-Main region, Hamburg and Leipzig.
