Hyatt Hotel Corp. has entered into a management agreement with Wing Tai Properties and CSI Properties for the first Andaz branded hotel in Hong Kong. Expected to open in 2027, this new-build hotel will be part of Central Crossing, an iconic mixed-use placemaking project at 118 Wellington Street in Central, Hong Kong, that will also feature premium commercial offices, open green spaces and the preservation of heritage architecture.
