Hines, Blue Noble to open 150 high-end apartments in Italy

Hines and Blue Noble, joint investors in the Future Living fund managed by Savills Investment Management, have finalized an agreement with Starhotels, a privately owned hotel chain based in Italy, regarding the roll out of high-end apartments in Italy.

Under the agreement, Starhotels will manage three of seven buildings at Corso Italia, formerly home to the teatro del Maggio Fiorentino. The new residential rental offer will include more than 150 high-end apartments, which will come to market in 2024.

The apartments will provide more than 170 parking spaces, a conciergerie, a terrace with a solarium, a wellness center, a gym and community areas. A key objective of the regeneration plan is to enhance the surrounding area through the development of a new piazza. The redevelopment will also include a number of apartments for sale.

As development adviser, Hines has assisted in the selection of materials, construction companies and architects.
