Hines has announced a series of leadership changes, including the appointment of Adam Hines as co-CEO alongside Laura Hines-Pierce, effective Jan. 1, 2027.
David Steinbach will become the firm’s first president, Alfonso Munk will become global CIO and Jeff Hines will become chairman. Hines-Pierce also will replace Jeff Hines as CEO and chair of the board of Hines Global Income Trust, while Adam Hines will join its board as a director.
As co-CEOs, Hines-Pierce and Adam Hines will lead the firm and set its strategic direction and priorities. Steinbach will oversee execution of the firm’s strategy across the business, while Munk will be responsible for investment strategy and performance across Hines’ real assets platform.
The firm said its discretionary business has grown at an approximately 20 percent compound annual growth rate since 2018, while its private wealth business has doubled in size.
