Harrison Street Asset Management has announced the expansion of its healthcare real estate asset management platform. The firm welcomes Jon Glass and two additional experienced senior housing asset management professionals, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in developing, refinancing, selling and driving value-add initiatives across its senior housing portfolio.
Glass, senior associate Michael Corsini and senior associate Hardie Jackson all join Harrison Street from PGIM Real Estate.
In his role as managing director, Glass will help lead asset management activities across a portfolio of Harrison Street’s senior housing investments, overseeing strategy, driving asset performance and leading value creation initiatives.
