Greystar has been appointed by Kennedy Wilson and APG to provide residential property management services across more than 1,100 homes at Cherrywood in South Dublin, representing one of the largest single residential property management mandates in the Irish market.
The appointment follows the formation earlier in 2026 of Kennedy Wilson and APG’s €2 billion ($2.25 billion) Irish residential partnership, through which Kennedy Wilson acquired a minority interest in APG’s existing Cherrywood portfolio. The partnership also includes the development and delivery of approximately 2,300 new rental homes across three sites in Dublin.
