Nearly three in four respondents to a new Colliers and CoreNet Global survey expect AI to have a transformative or significant impact on the corporate real estate industry moving forward.
The firms’ survey collected data during CoreNet Global’s 2024-2025 Global Summit series across Europe, Middle East and Africia (EMEA); North America; and Asia Pacific. The findings reflect a decisive shift toward AI-powered decision making, efficiencies and portfolio strategies as well as increased innovation and data-powered operations in corporate real estate.
Approximately 78 percent of Asia Pacific respondents identified location intelligence, facilities management, lease administration and portfolio strategy as the top areas where they already are seeing AI adding value.
