Over the last 15 years, office take-up in the main French regional markets (Aix/Marseille, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse) has risen by an impressive 82 percent on average, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate.
With nearly 1.3 million square meters (14 million square feet) rented or sold in 2019, the record was broken for the sixth consecutive year.
