Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park sold for $201.8m

by Released

Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park has been sold to Singapore-based Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd. for $201.8 million, marking the group’s first entry into the Australian property market.

The transaction underscores continued investor appetite for hotel assets in Sydney’s central business district. Gus Moors and Andrew Langsford of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group completed the transaction in conjunction with Michael Simpson of CBRE Hotels.

“This transaction highlights the ongoing strength of the Sydney hotel investment market,” said Moors. “Investment-grade hotel assets in Sydney remain tightly held, and opportunities to acquire properties of this caliber are rare. The competitive sale process reflected strong interest from both domestic and international investors.”

“Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park offered investors the opportunity to acquire a modern, well-located asset in the heart of Tech Central,” said Langsford.
