The COVID-19 pandemic, and the efforts to contain the virus, introduced mass unemployment and economic uncertainty. Such a situation has particular significance for the affordable housing sector.

In “Second-half trends,” a market perspective in the July/August 2020 issue of Institutional Real Estate Americas, John Williams, president and CIO of Avanath Capital Management, reviews the situation for the affordable housing sector and makes predictions for the second half of the year.
