Artificial intelligence (AI) is beginning to reshape how institutional single-family rental (SFR) operators manage dispersed portfolios, where homes vary by market, age, condition and regulatory requirements. Evergreen Residential partnered with Ender, an AI-native real estate software company, to support the operational and financial workflows specific to SFR portfolios. Ender unifies operational and financial data in a single system rather than reconciling across separate platforms.
