Eureka Group is set to acquire six lifestyle and mixed-use communities from Ingenia Communities for A$123.8 million ($89.17 million), according to Inspirepreneur Magazine.
The portfolio comprises a mix of land-lease retirement communities and holiday parks in Australia. The acquisition will expand Eureka’s portfolio, which included more than 4,000 homes and sites as of June 30, 2026.
Eureka plans to raise equity to fund the acquisition. The company had approximately A$500 million ($360 million) of assets under management as of June 30, up from A$388 million ($279 million) a year earlier.
The transaction follows a previous deal between the companies in 2023, when Eureka agreed to acquire six senior rental villages in Western Australia from Ingenia for A$44 million ($31.69 million). That portfolio comprised 321 units.
