DWS has acquired a newly constructed prime logistics asset located in Greater Paris from French developer Télamon, also the facility’s builder.
The acquisition is on behalf of an institutional separate account mandate managed by DWS.
Designed for the French subsidiary of GLS, a parcel delivery service provider in Europe, the courier warehouse is fully leased to GLS France on a 12-year term and will become one of their main national hubs. The cutting-edge facility, built in December 2023, comprises almost 12,000 square meters (129,000 square feet) with the ability to accommodate up to 350,000 parcels per day. Built to a high ESG specification, it aims to achieve a BREEAM RFO and Biodiversity certification upon delivery.
