New York–based DRA Advisors has raised $472.5 million for its DRA Growth & Income Fund X from 17 investors, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
The value-added real estate fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties in primary and secondary markets throughout the United States.
It is targeting $1.9 billion in capital commitments.
The firm conducts its investment activities through its series of commingled funds (and their co-investment vehicles), which total more than $8 billion in committed equity, according to DRA.
The funds are diversified across major locations and property types, such as office, retail, multifamily, NNN retail and industrial.
