DivcoWest has plans to buy the 236,000-square-foot UTA Plaza and The Ice House office complex in Beverly Hills, Calif., for $236 million, according to The Real Deal.
The seller is Rockefeller Group, which acquired the office in 2014 for $212 million.
The three four-story building complex serves as the headquarters of United Talent Agency and Live Nation.
