While 83 percent of commercial real estate leaders expect revenue growth, highlighting renewed optimism, the Deloitte’s 2026 Commercial Real Estate Outlook also outlined the top risks shaping concerns for the year ahead, according to the survey, which captures the latest perspectives from 850 C-level executives on the state of the market.
Leaders still see commercial real estate as a potential safe investment given its performance during similar periods of uncertainty in the past. Nearly 75 percent of respondents plan to increase their investment levels in real estate assets during the next 12 to 18 months.
