Cushman & Wakefield conducts survey on German healthcare property market

Institutional investors expect purchase prices in the German healthcare property market to fall in the short term and rents to rise in the short to medium term, according to the Investor Survey Healthcare Real Estate 2023 by Cushman & Wakefield.

Cushman & Wakefield surveyed 125 asset and investment managers, property developers, family offices, REITs and fund managers involved in the German healthcare real estate market about the drivers of the increasing investment activity, investment barriers and what market players expect from investments in healthcare real estate in the short, medium and long term.
