Croatan Investments promotes Ben Bartlett to COO

Croatan Investments, a rental housing investment manager for private wealth and institutional capital, has promoted Ben Bartlett to COO.

Bartlett will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic management of the firm.  In his role, he will help lead the company’s team, growth and culture.

Previously, he held the title of senior vice president of transactions. In addition, Bartlett was the COO before being promoted to the CEO of Convergence Investments, where he implemented the company strategy and institutionalized corporate policies and procedures. Before this role, he served as vice president of operations for Artemis Real Estate Partners and was part of the management team of the private equity fund, Easterly Partners.
