Corten Real Estate Management has held a final close for Corten Real Estate Fund II after raising $283 million in combined commitments from a variety of investors, including public pension plans, Taft-Hartley plans, foundations, endowments and major family offices.
The $283 million capital raise exceeded the initial target Corten set for the fund of $250 million.
