A consortium of Israeli institutional investors, headed by the asset manager Aurec, has acquired Eschborn Plaza in Eschborn, Germany, for €236 million.
The seller was Commerz Real.
The Eschborn Plaza office complex serves as the headquarters of auditing firm Ernst & Young. The property totals approximately 450,000 square feet of office space and has been owned by the Commerz Real corporate investment CFB 159 since 2006.
Eschborn Plaza was completed in 2005 and consists of two main buildings, each with 13 upper floors and a pavilion.
