Colliers Germany names new head of investment

Colliers International has named Christian Kadel as its new head of capital markets Germany.

“We are extremely pleased to have Christian Kadel for this important task, so that as CEO I will focus on strategic customer relations and the growth of Colliers in Germany,” said Matthias Leube MRICS, Colliers CEO and head of capital markets.

Kadel has more than 20 years of real estate experience and was previously managing director at Eastdil Secured, responsible for the expansion of Germany-wide business. Previously, he worked at JLL, most recently as regional director and team leader office investment Frankfurt.

“This strategic approach supports our growth in EMEA and allows Matthias Leube to fully focus on our continued expansion in Germany,” said Chris McLernon, Colliers International CEO in EMEA.
