Chinese conglomerate to sell $5b in property projects
Dalian Wanda Group has plans to sell five large-scale projects in Britain, the United States and Australia to a single buyer for an estimated $5 billion, according to South China Morning Post.
The firm desires to have one buyer who can snap up five development projects in five cities.
The sale includes the $1 billion One Nine Elms in London, the $900 million Vista Tower in Chicago, the $1.2 billion One Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, the $1 billion One Circular Quay in Sydney and the $900 million Jewel Resort in Gold Coast.
