Global real estate advisor CBRE, alongside tourism consultant neoturis, has advised FVC Group on the operator selection of YOTEL for a future hotel located in World Trade Center (WTC), Lisbon.
The hotel will be situated in the 70,000 square-meter (753,473-square-foot) World Trade Centre Lisbon development in Oeiras, situated close to Lisbon City Centre. This is the first YOTEL in the region and the second in Portugal. It will comprise 127 rooms, meeting facilities, a gym and a bar.
“As momentum is gathering in the hotel sector, we are receiving increased interest from new and existing clients for professionally run operator selection processes in various locations across Europe, with an emphasis on Portugal and Spain,” said Giordano Nicoletti, head of operator selection, EMEA at CBRE.
