CBRE has released the latest figures on Asia Pacific Flexible Office Market.
The total volume of flexible space in the region reached 89 million square feet as of June 2024, constituting about 4 percent of total office stock and 3.2 percent of total class-A office stock in the 20 major Asia Pacific markets.
