CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) has appointed Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam as CEO.
Nagabhushanam is CapitaLand Investment’s (CLI) CEO, India business park. He will succeed Sanjeev Dasgupta, the current CEO of CLINT.
Nagabhushanam will be responsible for driving the growth of CLINT, Asia’s first India-focused property trust listed in Singapore.
Before his current role, Nagabhushanam was head of investments and CFO at Ascendas-Firstspace, where he helped set up and scale the industrial and logistics platform in India under the joint venture between CapitaLand and Firstspace.
Before joining Ascendas-Firstspace, Nagabhushanam worked in Singapore, where he managed Ascendas-Singbridge’s India private funds business. His previously held positions at Deloitte, TAIB Bank, and Samba Financial Group.
