Jeff Hertz is joining Blue Owl Capital as a principal, Blue Owl Real Estate Exchange, he announced in a post on LinkedIn.
Hertz had been at Cantor Fitzgerald for more than seven years leading up to the hire, most recently as a senior vice president, national sales, and head of advanced planning, Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management.
Hertz earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon.
