BKM Capital Partners plans to launch third industrial value-add fund

by Kali Persall

BKM Capital Partners, a vertically integrated light industrial operator, plans to bring a new fund to market in the first quarter of 2022, IREI has learned.

The closed-end BKM Industrial Value Fund III will have a fundraising target of $400 million and will invest in light industrial and multi-use logistics assets in the United States. The firm declined to comment on its fundraising activity.

The fund’s predecessor, BKM Industrial Value Fund II, closed in March 2019 with $382 million of equity commitments, surpassing its target of $300 million. The fund’s diverse global investor base consisted of public and private pensions, insurance companies, asset managers, endowments, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
