BentallGreenOak has launched a new industrial fund focused on the cold-storage market, according to a SEC document filed March 5.
The vehicle, known as BentallGreenOak U.S. Cold Storage, will invest in cold-storage facilities in the United States. According to the filing, to date it has raised $83 million from two investors.
An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
