Beale Infrastructure advances $3b Kansas data center campus

Beale Infrastructure has announced the first phase of its De Soto, Kan., data center campus. The development will break ground in May, making it the first hyperscale data center announced in Kansas.

The first phase of the campus will comprise at least two facilities and supporting infrastructure. At full buildout, the campus is expected to encompass four buildings and more than 1 million square feet, with an estimated development value of $3 billion, representing a significant long-term infrastructure investment in the region. The first phase will add hundreds of construction jobs and 50 operational roles to the local economy, supported by Beale's workforce development, community grants and conservation and environmental stewardship initiatives.
