Bain Capital, BGO, Blackstone and Warburg Pincus are preparing final bids for Sankei Building, the property arm of Japanese broadcaster Fuji Media Holdings, according to Reuters.
Final offers are expected by the end of October. The business could be valued at approximately ¥1 trillion ($6.3 billion), including debt.
A full sale would rank among Japan’s largest real estate transactions and reflects continued private capital interest in the country’s property market.
