“The COVID-19 pandemic has accentuated the need for businesses to increase operational resilience and adapt faster to structural trends, particularly as economic uncertainties linger,” states M&G Real Estate’s APAC Real Estate Outlook, released July 17.

The report looks at the effects of the pandemic on the Asia Pacific region and assesses post-pandemic opportunities.
