Sentiment in most markets cooled slightly but remained in positive territory, according to CBRE.
The mood in mainland China continued to improve from May’s low point. Most locations in the region continue to shift away from being tenant-favored.
More than half of CBRE’s survey respondents believe rents and incentives will stay flat, particularly in Australia, India and Japan.
