Arnott’s has plans to sell three industrial properties in Australia, with one each in Huntingwood (NSW), Virginia (Queensland) and Marleston (South Australia), reported the Financial Review, citing a sale flyer.
The sales price is estimated to be A$800 million ($550 million).
The properties included 131,322 square meters (1.4 million square feet) of gross lettable area.
CBRE and UBS Australia had been appointed to run a sale process.
