The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (ATRS) has appointed deputy director Rod Graves, as the pension fund’s interim executive director.
He succeeds Clint Rhoden, who tendered his resignation as executive director in March, citing personal reasons. Rhoden took the position in 2018.
ATRS also has adopted and improved the executive director selection process timeline, the executive director vacancy announcement, the intent to fill request, and the posting locations and posting dates for the vacancy announcement.
