Apache Capital acquires site for €253m rental scheme

by Andrea Zander

Apache Capital has plans to build 650 homes on a site it has recently acquired in the U.K. government’s Oxford-Cambridge Arc growth area. The seller was Valorem Investment Partners.

The £215 million (€253 million/$293 million) Mill View development will be the biggest scheme to date developed by Present Made, Apache’s new suburban build-to-rent arm which focuses on building single-family homes using modern methods of construction (MMC).

The 68-hectare (168-acre) site is located north of the village of Houghton Conquest, located in the Central Bedfordshire district of Bedfordshire, England.
