ANREV’s quarterly index posts Q2 2026 gains

The Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) All Funds Index posted a total return of 1.94 percent in second quarter 2026, up 52 basis points from first quarter 2026.

Core funds, which had a total return of 2.29 percent, outperformed value-add (–0.29 percent) and opportunistic funds (1.04 percent).

Australian funds delivered their strongest performance since 2022, with total returns of 2.88 percent, up by 99 basis points from the previous quarter, while multicountry funds saw a decrease in performance by 90 basis points, posting total returns of –0.87 percent.

The index’s second quarter results include data contributions from 83 funds with a total gross asset value of $169.6 billion.
