Anbang Insurance Group Co., the Chinese conglomerate that is dismantling its global empire, has plans to sell its Manhattan office headquarters, according to Bloomberg, citing people with knowledge of the plans.
The office portion is located at 717 Fifth Ave., a 26-story tower.
Anbang bought 717 Fifth Ave. from Blackstone in 2015 for $414 million.
