ActivumSG has acquired Fairmont La Hacienda, a five-star luxury hospitality asset located in the exclusive San Roque waterfront enclave along Spain’s Costa del Sol.
The newly developed hotel has been acquired for €175 million ($202 million) from Spanish REIT Millenium Hotels Real Estate on behalf of ActivumSG Fund VII.
The hotel is in close proximity to two of Southern Europe’s most sought-after luxury travel destinations in Sotogrande and Marbella, and just 15 minutes away from Gibraltar Airport — which now benefits from frictionless travel access with Spain, as Gibraltar is now effectively included within the European Union’s Schengen area due to a recent trade agreement with the United Kingdom.
