The Serbian government has signed a deal with Abu Dhabi–based developer Eagle Hills for a $3 billion waterfront development project in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Belgrade Waterfront is Eagle Hills’ first project in central and eastern Europe. The firm will develop a large area of wasteland on the banks of the River Sava into a 494.2-acre mixed-use center.
