Loretta Clodfelter serves as editorial director for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) and is responsible for overseeing the editorial staff and production of the firm's various publications. Previously, she was senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Americas, IREI’s award-winning flagship publication. She has more than 20 years of experience covering the commercial and institutional real estate industry.

Mr. Marcus is a Senior Managing Director at Townsend Group and a member of Townsend’s Global Advisory Leadership Team. Additionally, Mr. Marcus is the primary relationship manager for several of the firm’s advisory consulting clients. Mr. Marcus provides services to clients ranging from $4 billion to $250 billion in total assets, and total real estate and real asset allocations exceeding $80 billion. Programs include investments in a wide range of structures including separate accounts, commingled funds, and secondary strategies. Services include strategic and investment planning, structuring programs for multi-asset class portfolios, and identification and selection of managers, pooled funds, and individual account investment opportunities in real estate and real assets.
Prior to joining Townsend Group in 2008, Mr. Marcus worked in the Debt Capital Markets group at National City Bank, structuring and arranging syndicated loan transactions in a variety of markets.
Mr. Marcus received his BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
Jay Struzziery, CFA®

Jay Struzziery is a Managing Director at AEW with overall responsibility for the firm’s Investor Relations. His broad experience at the firm includes responsibility for marketing AEW’s investment services and for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships, as well as strategic partnerships. He is a member of the firm’s Risk Management Committee. Jay plays an integral part within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW’s overall strategic vision and direction. Jay joined AEW in 2004 from Morgan Stanley and prior to that he was an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Fixed Income Capital Markets group, working with U.S. corporations. Jay graduated from Villanova University (B.A.) and is a CFA charter holder, as well as a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.
