Emerging leaders in the commercial real estate industry received a real-time education in adaptability at IREI Springboard Americas 2026, which took place Oct. 13–15 at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs. Although a cold front forced scheduled outdoor meals and activities indoors, the event, now in its 12th year, offered three days of mentor-led sessions, candid roundtable discussions and relationship building.
