The New York State Common Retirement Fund (NYSCRF) has committed $456.3 million to real estate, including funds managed by Artemis Real Estate Partners, Basis Investment Group and Hyperion Realty Capital.
Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund V received $300 million for its closed-end, value-add, opportunistic strategy targeting apartments, office, industrial, healthcare, self-storage, hotels and retail properties in the United States. The fund has a maximum size of $2.5 billion. The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund committed $50 million to this fund in September 2026.
Its predecessor, Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund IV, closed with $2.2 billion in total capital raised, oversubscribed from its initial target of $1.5 billion.
