Harrison Street Asset Management, an alternative global investment management firm with $110 billion in assets under management across real estate, infrastructure and credit strategies, announced several senior appointments within its investor solutions group, further strengthening the firm's global capital formation and client service platform across North America, Europe and Asia.
The appointments include Dan Fanelli, who will serve as managing director and co-head of the U.S. investor solutions group based in New York; James Choi, who was previously head of Asia in the investor solutions group at Harrison Street, will relocate from Tokyo to the U.S. West Coast as managing director and co-head of the U.S. investor solutions group; and Dan Kim, who will be a managing director based in Chicago as an infrastructure specialist.
