DWS has appointed Ben Taylor as the head of real estate, Australia, also heading the Australian transactions function.
Based in the Sydney headquarters, Taylor brings nearly two decades of investment and portfolio-management experience to the position. His deep expertise across multiple sectors — particularly in the residential sectors — aligns strongly with DWS’s strategic focus on implementing its “Essential Living” residential investment strategy in Australia.
Taylor joins from The Living Co., previously Scape, where he served as fund manager, and has previously held senior roles in Sydney at Nuveen, as director of housing, and AXA Investment Managers.
