ESR Australia, part of the pan Asian logistics ESR group, and Partners Group of Switzerland on behalf of a client have closed the sale of its office tower at 73 Miller Street in North Sydney for A$400 million ($253 million), announced in a LinkedIn post.
The new owner is UBS.
The tower at 73 Miller St. was built in the 1990s, a quality class A office building with ground floor retail and 13 levels of office accommodation, totals 19,114 square metres (205,741 square feet). It is situated on a prominent corner location directly adjacent to North Sydney railway station.
ESR Australia managed the building and had a 15 percent co-investment, after acquiring it from Propertylink, an Australian company, which it took private in 2018.
