Shop Talk: Investors and technologies surge into senior housing sector

The 2018 National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care Fall Conference was held Oct. 17 in Chicago with more than 3,000 people in attendance. A packed agenda included discussions about tech innovations, present and future investing, supply and demand, changing investor capital flows, the sector's history of investor returns, and how properties are changing to accommodate the predilections and attitudes of aging baby boomers.
