Report from Asia: The continuing development of REITs in Asia

Eighteen months ago, Sigrid Zialcita, CEO of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association, predicted on the pages of Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific that Asia’s REITs would have a banner century. We visit with the leader of APREA to get an update on that assessment, as well as to ask her what concerns her most about the Asia REIT business, and what makes her most optimistic about their continued progress.
