The City of Angels is undergoing two major changes to its transportation infrastructure: 1) the Los Angeles City Council–approved Mobility Plan 2035 that would redesign the Los Angeles roadways over the next 20 years. 2) The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Metro Rail system expansion.
