Michael Restuccia

Michael Restuccia has over thirty years of commercial bank experience with primary emphasis on commercial and corporate lending, construction lending, term real estate lending and extensive interaction with various regulatory agencies and Bank Board of Directors. His experience includes management of lending personnel and loan operations, credit administration, supervised asset workouts, credit review and examination. Mike has served as a Chief Credit Officer and Credit Administrator at several independent banks. Since 2000 Mike has owned and is Managing Partner for both Pacific Coast Consultants, LLC and since 2008 Restuccia & Harrison, GP, which performs loan examinations, and bank acquisition analysis for community and regional banks on the West Coast. Further activities have or currently include serving as Mayor of the City of Ripon, Chairman of the San Joaquin County Retirement Board, which is responsible for the management of $3.0B in retirement funds, and serving on numerous other county and regional government agencies, including Chairman of the San Joaquin Rail Commission (ACE Trains), Chairman San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD), member of State Association of California Retirement Systems (SACRS) audit committee, Chairman of Ripon’s Government relations Committee and Board Member of Institutional Real Estate, Inc.
Mike holds a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University. Mike has also attended Pension related classes at Wharton, Northwestern, UC Berkeley, Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Stanford, where he taught a session on Principals of Pension Management. He has been married to his wife Mona for over 35 years.
